Maitland Art Center closed for renovations

A&H's Maitland Art Center galleries will remain closed September 5 to October 28, to allow for upgrades and restoration projects that are funded in part by Orange County Government through the Arts & Cultural Affairs Program. A more sophisticated HVAC system will be installed to preserve the galleries and artwork displayed, wireless internet access is being improved to support a new tour of campus via cell phone application, and a set of original casement windows that have been covered for…

Mr. Waterhouse built his house with his bare hands. Come see how he did it! Tour the Waterhouse Residence with our experienced docents, then take a look at Mr. Waterhouse’s Carpentry Shop and finish your tour by making your very own toolbox, birdhouse or napkin holder, similar to the way that Mr. Waterhouse did.
