PREFERRED CATERERS GUIDELINES: If the lessee plans to serve food, the lessee can either use one of our pre-approved caterers or an outside company for a fee of $40 for the Cottage or $200 for the Main Garden, Chapel & Courtyard, or GMB for over 50 guests or $100 for the Main Garden, Chapel & Courtyard, or GMB for less than 50 guests.
