DESCRIPTION:Cicero Greathouse: An Artist’s Journey | August 14- September 20\n \nCicero once said “I am inspired by the colors\, shapes and textures that surround me. These three elements can be found in landscape\, architecture\, a ritual or a journey. So in this case my paintings come from my interpretation of living.” This exhibition is a look at the journey of one artist from his early projects in the 1970’s through his large scale abstract paintings and his recent experimental works.

SUMMARY:Small Art/Big Ideas: An Online Art Auction
DESCRIPTION:  \nSmall Art\, Big Ideas is a three-day online art auction featuring a selection of work from artists who support the vision of A&H\, many of whom have been awarded studios or residencies\, taught in our classrooms\, or exhibited in our galleries. The pieces encompass a wide range of disciplines and mediums\, many of which are studies for larger pieces\, providing collectors with a glimpse into the working methods and practices of the artists.  \nBidding for the three-day online auction will begin at 12am on Friday\, August 21st\, and close at 6pm on Sunday\, August 23rd. All work has been generously donated by the artists\, and proceeds will support our programming and operations. \nRegister to bid by midnight on Thursday\, August 20th\, to be entered into a drawing for a gift bag from the A&H museum store (approximately $40 value). \nRegister Now
