This is meant to be a small (approximately 1” cubed)\, whimsical trinket box\, maybe something to keep a child’s tooth\, a lock of hair\, a coin from your honeymoon to Italy\, the button from your mother’s favorite dress… It is meant to be fun. And you will have fun creating it. A large assortment of textures and molds will be available. You will complete your box to the dried greenware stage. (Don’t worry if you’re feeling clueless\, the instructor will have plenty available for you to choose from!) After making the mold\, you will receive 10 grams of fine silver metal clay and learn how to create charms for bracelets\, earrings or pendants. Your pieces will be fired after class and available for pick up the following week.
