During Pride Month (June 1-30), A&H is collecting nonperishable food & self care items for the Pride Pantry! The Pride Pantry serves more than 300 people and their families monthly.
Please bring donations to the A&H Main Office, located in Studio 2, or leave your items at the gallery with our desk attendant. If you’re an A&H Art School student, you can leave your items with Jim Patterson at Studio 5 before or after your class/workshop.
Everyone who brings in donations will receive an A&H sun sticker to show your support for our community!
We invite all our guests, members, and neighbors to help combat food insecurity in our community by donating:
- Packaged food (pasta, salt, cereal, etc.)
- Non-perishable canned goods (fruit, vegetables, tuna, chicken, peanut butter, pasta sauce, etc.)
- Personal hygiene items (toothpaste, toothbrushes, socks, soap, body wash, etc.)
- Cleaning supplies (toothpaste, toothbrushes, socks, soap, body wash, etc.)
- Pet food and treats
- Office and school supplies
The Pride Pantry was born as a service in response to the need for safe spaces to feed vulnerable LGBT+ people in the Central Florida area.
It serves an average of more than 300 families and individuals monthly through its two locations in The Center Orlando (a partner agency of the Heart of Florida United Way) and The Center Kissimmee. Learn more here >>
