Art31 Artist Critique & Conversation
March 14 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pmFree
Join the Art & History Museums – Maitland for a special Art31 Artist Critique & Conversation, featuring museum director Jeanne Brasile. Artist Critique & Conversation is an exciting initiative to assist in the professional development of local artists, to have their artwork evaluated by noted museum professionals.
It is an honor for Jeanne Brasile to join Artist Critique & Conversation during Art31. Ms. Brasile is the director of the Walsh Gallery at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. She over sees a mid-sized gallery with dynamic programming, and teaches museum studies at the university, preparing the next generation of museum professionals.
Artist Critique & Conversation is FREE and the public is encouraged to attend. A cash bar is available with beer & wine. Artists of every medium are encouraged to participate in the critiques. Each critique will review several artists, and all artists must sign up in advance by emailing A&H’s Chief Curator Rebecca Sexton Larson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
