Marbling will inspire you with instant gratification and success! Peggy Wertheim teaches traditional marbling using acrylic paints floating on carrageenan to create intricate traditional marbled designs. You will create marbled papers which can be incorporated into greeting cards, scrapbooking, collages, framed art, journal covers, etc. You will also create a silk scarf.
Peggy Wertheim is a surface design artist in the forms of marbling, silk painting, batik, shibori, and complex dyeing. She has exhibited at hundreds of juried and invitational shows and galleries in a career spanning 45 years.
