Easy Like Sunday Morning: Yoga in the Garden

Join Dimitri Delazanos on Sunday morning for Yoga in the Garden, at the Art & History Museums of Maitland!

This class favors beginners and weaves together breath and yoga poses in a slow flow. Expect a more leisurely pace than traditional Vinyasa. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.

Masks and social distancing are required for this outdoor class. Students are responsible for bringing their own water and yoga mat.
