FREE Summer Family Art Workshops – Week 4: Printmaking Party!
July 1 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Art & History Museums – Maitland
Kids can stay creative all summer long at A&H’s FREE Summer Family Art Workshops on our National Historic Landmark campus!
At the Art & History Museums Maitland, kids can stay creative and artistically engaged all summer long on our beautiful and historic campus, just 15 minutes from downtown Orlando! During these FREE hands-on art workshops, families can drop-in and create a new art project every week at their own pace.
On July 1, join us in our garden as children experiment with printmaking! Children will first create their very own tie dye monoprints and then embellish them with a relief print, sequins, pom poms and confetti! Our printmaking party is inspired by A&H’s founding artist, J. André Smith, who was a master printmaker, and prints will be ready to take home after the workshop! Families can also visit our “Plein Air” or outside playspace with new surprise art and printmaking stations each week!
Space and supplies are limited (one tie dye monoprint per child, while supplies last), so reserve a spot for your family today!
Be sure to check out all six weeks of our FREE Summer Family Art Workshops!
Summer Family Workshops are generously sponsored by AdventHealth and by Massey Services. 2024-25 Free Family Programs including the Workshops are supported by a grant from Duke Energy Foundation.
