Metal Clay Jewelry Workshop: Earring Extravaganza
Art & History Museums – Maitland 231 W. Packwood Avenue, MaitlandIn this workshop, you will learn the basic metal clay techniques of rolling, texturing, cutting, and shaping to create 2-4 pairs of earrings. Metal clay can be manipulated like other clays, but once fired is 99.9% pure silver. The instructor will guide you through your first pair, then you can let your imagination run wild to create more! All pieces will be fired after the workshop and available for pick-up the following week. Included in the materials fee is 15 grams of fine silver metal clay and 4 pairs of sterling silver earwires. Additional materials will be available to purchase during the workshop only. For beginners.
